Frequently Asked Questions

We provide care for teens and adults ages 13 - 70yo.  Individuals requiring other specialized care beyond our scope, will be provided with referrals to ensure they receive the appropriate support.

Currently we accept Aetna, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Evernorth Behavioral Health Services.   As our network of insurers expand, we will keep you posted.  

For telehealth appointments, you'll be able to upload your insurance and/or payment information directly into our EHR system for convenience. 

To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (470) 922-1748.  Our friendly team will help you find a time that works best for you, including evening and Saturday appointments for your convenience. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment time: 470 922-1748.   We’ll be happy to reschedule a date that works best for you.   

Same day cancellations will accrue a $25.00 fee. We kindly ask that this fee is paid within 10 days of the canceled visit. 

After your appointment is scheduled by calling our office, our EHR platform will send you a secure link by text or email—whichever method you prefer.

Reminders will also be sent 3 days prior, 24 hours prior, and on the morning of the scheduled appointment.   Simply click the link at your scheduled time to join your session. 

After your appointment is scheduled - new patient visits may receive an email with intake forms to complete and bring into the office.  Such forms will also be available on the portal for your convenience.    Before your visit, please complete requested forms.    

You can also safely and securely upload your insurance card, payment information, and any documents or records you would like us to review in advance.  

This helps your provider prepare and ensures a smooth first appointment.
